Since our beginnings with just two weaving looms in 1982, AsiaTex has continuously invested in advanced weaving technology to meet the evolving needs of global customers. Today, our integrated weaving facility combines decades of textile expertise with modern machinery, enabling us to produce a diverse range of woven fabrics and premium terry products with consistent quality and efficiency.
Our experienced production team closely monitors every stage of the weaving process to ensure each fabric meets customer specifications and international quality standards while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
Our weaving department is equipped with modern Sulzer Shuttleless Looms featuring dobby attachments and multiple weft insertion technology supporting up to four colours. In addition, our Vamatex Terry Looms enable the production of premium terry fabrics and towels with excellent absorbency, texture, and durability.
All weaving machines are integrated with modern production monitoring systems, providing real-time visibility of loom performance, efficiency, and production quality.
