For more than five decades, AsiaTex has been guided by a belief that true quality is built over time. What began in 1971 as a family textile business has evolved across three generations into an integrated textile manufacturer serving international markets. Each generation has contributed to this journey, expanding our capabilities from textile trading and traditional weaving to advanced manufacturing and increasingly responsible production. Through every stage of our evolution, one principle has remained constant: our commitment to quality. Today, we combine generations of craftsmanship with modern technology, responsible manufacturing, and long-term partnerships while remaining true to the values that have defined us since the beginning—integrity, craftsmanship, quality, and trust.

Muhammad Yousaf (Late)
Former Vice ChairmanMr. Muhammad Yousaf was one of the founders of AsiaTex Corporation and played a leading role in establishing the company's export operations. Through his dedication, professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, he helped build AsiaTex into a trusted manufacturing partner for international markets.
As Vice Chairman, he established many of the principles that continue to guide our business today—quality, integrity, long-term relationships and continuous improvement.
He passed away in a tragic car accident on 21 January 2011. His vision and values remain an enduring part of AsiaTex's legacy.
